My friend runs the most incredible microbakery, and you can taste the love and care in every single bite. Everything is made with the freshest local ingredients. The sourdough is perfection and the cinnamon rolls are pure heaven: gooey, fragrant, and just the right amount of sweetness. Every pastry feels special, like it was baked just for you. It’s clear how much pride and passion goes into each creation, and it’s my favorite local treat and first stop when I’m in town. If you haven’t tried her baked goods yet, you’re seriously missing out — this is real artisan baking at its best!

Excellent sourdough bread, baguettes and biscotti. That is all I tried so far, but i will definitely be trying more items. She was so accommodating and on short notice actually got finished earlier and let me know I could pick them up early. So nice to get such fresh baked breads here in Etown!

What an amazing find! We were searching for sourdough bread and discovered Daydream Breadhaus. The loaf we got was absolutely delicious. Definitely baked by someone who knows sourdough baking. Leah went out of her way to arrange a second order of bread that also included pastries and pumpkin cinnamon roll. These were amazing a such a treat. This microbakery is such a gift for the area providing delicious quality baked goods.

This is one of the best sourdough breads I have ever had! The service is great too. They have a lot of other yummy goodies including focaccia bread and cinnamon rolls. I highly recommend getting your bread and sweets from Daydream Breadhaus!

Okay…STOP what you’re doing right now and place an order at this unbelievable local spot. This hidden gem is a bakery where everything is homemade… literally in the walls of a beautiful home. Every single product is prepped and cooked to perfection, made with so much love. I have been hearing about the hype for awhile, but just flew in from Florida so this had to be one of my first stops. This bakery and beautiful baker DID NOT disappoint!!! Obsessed…. Thank you so much for creating such a convenient way to pick up my delicious baked goods.
