Daysol Coffee Lab

We hosted a corporate dinner using Daysol’s new location downtown and it was such a perfect spot. We catered from Cafe Iz and used the coffee bar space for food set up. Our group of 55 had plenty of seating and space to mingle. Highly recommend working with them. If you were looking for indoor/outdoor option for a reception or something similar - I highly recommend.

Glad to have a new coffee shop in downtown Birmingham. Parking is VERY limited, so keep that in mind. You can park a block away in the street for free on 27th and 2nd…. not ideal, but available.

The coffee is awesome, I stopped by and grabbed a bag of beans, the woman explained the difference between the options. I am using a Baratza Encore ESP and a Moccamaster (haven’t tried it in any of my other brewers) and it has such a smooth taste, I am impressed.

Great spot! Delicious baked goods and great strong coffee. I also tried their seasonal matcha drink and it was delicious! Customer service is amazing, staff was very helpful and kind!
