The Daytona Beach Regional Library is truly a hidden gem in our community. They offer so many resources that make a real difference from computer labs and classes that help you learn new skills to a dedicated social worker who helps you get connected with local support and opportunities. They even let you check out Wi-Fi hotspots, which is a lifesaver for families who need reliable internet access. Every single staff member I’ve met has been wonderful, patient, and uplifting. They treat you with kindness the moment you walk in the door. The manager is exceptional you can tell they genuinely care about the people who come here and make sure everyone feels welcomed and supported. Perfect and safe place to bring the kiddos. The playroom in the children's library is so welcoming and lots of toys for imaginary play. They have plenty of seating for parents and grandparents. The playground is awesome. A section for under 5 and a section for 5 to 12 years old.

We walk daily in this area and loved it was still open to play in the evenings. This park is so clean with a great view of the river. My daughter loved that its like a ninja obstacle course. It offers to areas depending on age.

As a parent of a toddler, I especially appreciate the expansive kids’ area. It’s filled with engaging materials, from early reader books to sensory toys, pretend play stations, and a generously sized indoor play zone. My child loves building with large Legos, exploring the dollhouses and kitchenette, and tinkering with pretend tools at the workbenches. This place is a hidden gem. I stumbled across this place while looking for a park to take my daughter to in Daytona while I was in the area. I first noticed the park had a lock on the gate, and the only entrance was through the door once I went inside, I was greeted by a massive open floor plan For kids to play while the parents study. It was lots of learning games and toys and fidget devices for kids of all ages to stay busy while their parents study and to get them free away from the screen time when the kids were done with indoor play, the outdoor play area was also very nice and fenced in. You can get plenty of work done while the kids play. The breeze from the water was also very nice
