De La Vina Inn

We stayed here for two nights during a West Coast Road trip. It was booked fairly last minute. We stayed in the Somerset room.|Contrary to other reviews we absolutely loved the place ! We have never done the automated check in, however we found it worked really well. We arrived early, but were able to check into our room and the housekeeper was very helpful. |We were contacted by Humberto, who responded quickly to WhatsApp messages and was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved it so much we booked in for one night on our return journey!|The hotel was clean and quiet, the room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, there was extra bedding and a heater in the room.|It wasn’t a problem for us that there was no one onsite as we were out for most of the day explorin

This is a fantastic little historical and charming Inn! Each room here has a different vibe and personality! I have stayed here 3 times, and it's been fantastic each time. The staff is great even though most all the communication is via text. There's guaranteed safe parking for your vehicle included, and it's in the most convenient location, it's truly hard to beat it!! Enjoy a REAL fire and chat by firelight! It's a warm, calming and enchanting romantic touch - a real fireplace IN your room! They provide the matches and the logs, so you do not need to worry about bringing your own! (PS: not every single room has a fireplace, but most do) There are beautiful, lush gardens on the property which are beautifully and elegantly lit at dusk, creating a magical atmosphere to enjoy some wine

My husband and I rented out the Inn for our wedding at the Santa Barbara courthouse and we couldn’t have been more happy. It is centrally located and so spacious and stunning. It truly is such a special place and each room has so much charm. We elected to have a private chef come one night and Humberto was so amazing at every level. He coordinated everything, from early and late check outs to helping get flowers delivered to my room on my wedding day. He is truly such a gem and wonderful person. I can’t wait to come back next year to celebrate our anniversary. It made me even more in love with Santa Barbara.

Beautiful place with an amazing atmosphere. Our room was clean and very well maintained, and the house itself is full of charm. The common area downstairs is lovely, especially the outdoor garden. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from popular bars and restaurants, which makes it ideal for a night out. Check-in was easy, and communication with the staff via messages was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

I am a wedding planner and recently had the pleasure of staying at The De La Vina Inn. With heavy rain expected on the day of a wedding I was coordinating, I needed a last-minute place to stay overnight. The De La Vina Inn was incredibly accommodating — they accepted my same-day reservation and understood that I would be checking in late after the wedding ended at midnight. They gave me a room with a private entrance so I wouldn’t disturb other guests, which I truly appreciated. I also felt very safe throughout my stay. Communication was great, and the online check-in/check-out process made everything so smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.
