Dear Heart's West Shore was sold to new owners in December 2024

My daughter's favorite place this summer 🍨 The best part is that they even have coffee-flavored ice cream for me 🤣

The sanitation here is gross, they don't use gloves nor did I see any of the girls wash their hands at all and especially after handling cash or touching their face. Kinda a bummer for an ice cream shop. Hopefully things will be more sanitary now 🙏 this place is called Gi Gi's now

I've lived on West shore road for about 2 years now. And I just tried dear hearts for the first time, I found the service to be excellent. Even though they are a younger generation, they were very personable and very nice. I ordered a lemonade. I thought it was pretty good. It could have been mixed up a little bit, but that's okay. It's still tasted good and it was definitely worth the money. It's a nice little place to go if you want to treat. Will definitely be returning

Went here last night as we are local in the neighborhood. Always have a great experience here except for last night. I took my family here which is made up of 5 people. The ice cream was extremely affordable and delicious however the server we had didn't seem happy with having to make our items. I still gave a $6 tip to hopefully change the tone for the rest of the night for the other patrons. Will return as I think this was just an isolated incident or someone just having a bad day.
