Amazing! Hawaiian bread toasted on sub is a game changer! The soups are phenomenal, especially the jalapeño popper with bacon! Head West is alone in the top spot of sandwich shops, PERIOD!

He was very rude and has head phones on his head as he serves customers. He never ask me what kind of bread or what would I like on my sandwich…He pick something off the floor with his gloves on and kept fixing food this is my last time in your establishment pans clean your side walk before someone falls…

Giving a 5 because I love this place and have been a customer for like two decades here and in Springfield. Today wasn't a great experience but still coming here to give tops because I BELIEVE in you guys and suggest you to everyone I know. Please keep up the great work! And know - as a patron, that the staff has off days too.

this is the 2nd time we have picked up our order and given specific details of what we want on the sandwich and it even shows on the receipt, yet the order is still wrong. Takes us 16 min to get across town to pick it up so not worth driving back. Attention to detail please.

Fantastic sandwich shop. I thought it was kinda pricey until I saw how much they put in a sandwich. Will definitely be going back!
