Came in during shift change on 04/24/25. I appreciated the sign so I didn’t just stand there waiting. But it definitely could’ve been much faster if the employees weren’t just chit chatting away like nobody was waiting for them. Came in the next day and the vibe was completely different. I want to say his name was Brendan or something close. He was inviting and engaging. Other than that, pretty cool place. Definitely can use some new chairs.

It's a nice little place to gamble the staff is friendly and nice. They have good coffee and soda to drink while you play. They don't have a wide selection of cigarettes but that's OK you can just go next door to the tobacco shop which has smokes cheaper

Somewhat busy depending on the time and day of the week. Usually at the end of the week in to the weekend and lunch time through out the week its busy. The female employee that opens during the week is awesome and friendly always is on top of her game, welcoming you in, asking if anything is needed and at the counter when needed.

One of my favorite lotto spots. They staff is great and friendly always accommodating. Not a lot of drama pretty chill place.

Came in to play and eat first time ever there -will never return customer service the worst she didn't even look off her phone to help us say hello or anything we tried asking but she ignored us we left wed sept 7th sad very sad to bad you can't expect better than this and only 1 star because i had to to post it hope they treat the next people like a customer not like a waste of there time- and if you don't like your job move on
