Deerfield/Percy White Library

Such a wonderful library! The staff here are incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. Getting my library card was super easy and fast — they explained everything clearly and made the process simple. The place is spotless, well-organized, and always quiet, which makes it perfect for reading or studying. I really appreciate how friendly and respectful the employees are. Definitely one of the best libraries I’ve ever been to!

Nice library, helpful staff. Not the greatest selection of books but you can always have books transferred to the location. My biggest complaint is they are not open on Sundays. Seriously most people who need to use the library work during the week and being closed on a weekend is extremely frustrating.

My kids like the children's area and the coloring crafts provided at story time. However, the woman running story time was not very personable and had no patience with the large group of kids on a day that there was no school. If you can't handle the kids, then find someone else to run the program. Not the right kind of energy for a class like this.

Lots of noise but great books and computers they're up to date and they run Windows 11 :-)

My family loves this library. It has been my husband’s library for the last 30 years and we now bring our toddler to store time on Mondays. Andrea, the children’s librarian who facilitates is amazing. She is kind and engaging, sining songs and smiling through all the little one’s shenanigans. She is the reason we keep coming back and going out of our way. She takes the time and makes the effort to remember every child’s name no matter if they visit every week or just once in a while.
