food is great, but stick with the popular items. Ordered a Giant Feankfurter, expecting a footlong. I got a hotlink on a hamburger bun. Good ingrediants, but an odd way to combine them.

Ok so i tell you bout my bad experiebces with custo.er service and now i have had a great experience. Nothing special just what customer service is sipposed to be we pulled into the stall where we order the gal on the speaker aats she cant hear us of course you cant soneones running a sander and traffic is crazy so shr comes right out to taje our order no attitude wasnt pissed off she haf to work very polite she wasnt an old lady but wasnt twenty two either she explaims how ill be chargef for using my cc.bring our food out explains how its split up in the bags just the way we ordeted it so recaping she listened to my ordrer she relayex it to the cook she madecsure i got my order correctly and was polite the whole time she knows customer service thank you del rancho of norman your gonna g

Nearly 25 years later, I finally was able to introduce my kids to a childhood favorite restaurant. The chicken fried steak sandwich is insane. I thought it was big when I was kid, and now that I’m an adult, it’s seems even bigger. This is big enough for two people to share. You also can’t go wrong with the burgers. I’m happy that I got to make memories with my kids eating here like I did with my parents when I was their age. Even after 25 years, it still tastes just like I remember as a kid.

It's been years since I have been in town but it's just as good as I remembered

Used to really love eating here… would especially come for the old fashioned cheeseburger. But after having lunch there today I am so disappointed. Fries tasted like old dirty oil…. Came with no salt whatsoever. Hamburger patties were overcooked and tough on the outside. My girlfriend ordered a chili burger and it came with no chili. After the interaction with the waitress (she was rude) I didn’t want to ring them again to say there wasn’t chili on the burger. At 12:15 on a Saturday with two other cars in the lot when we ordered and for as much as it costs to eat there it was disappointing. I just don’t think the value or quality is here anymore.
