Placed an online order for drive-thru on 11/15 at 4:17 PM. When I pulled up to the window, Alisha (I believe that was her name) let me know they were working on my order and that it would be ready in just a few minutes. It was nice to have clear communication right away. While waiting, I could hear Alisha helping the customer behind me, and she was excellent—clear, friendly, great volume, and you could tell she really knows how to provide good customer service. She made sure the customer got exactly what they wanted and double-checked everything at the end. When my order was ready, I asked if everything was in one bag since it was a large order. Too bad this place had to close, too bad it was bought by someone who could care less. 1. my carne asada fries have a blob of guacamole smaller than the size of a quarter. 2. the really skinny lady in the drive through could care less about you, her drive-thru timer seems to be more important than the customer, she talks like the micro machines man I used to come here once a week for these fries before they closed. Guess I won't be going back to that, very disappointing, place has completely gone down the drain.

I work hard and I get off work after midnight tired and hungry. I went to this location in Aurora 3 times, but all 3 times when I get there, the worker always tells me there system is down and they can’t serve me any food?! And the 3rd time it sounded that I got the same person I drove up to the drive thru and the first words she said to me was welcome to Del Taco what can I get you? So when I place my order, all of the sudden they’re was a pause then she got back on the speaker and said their grill wasn’t clean so she can’t serve any food?! I told her was she kidding, another pause and all of a sudden a guy got on speaker and told their system is down?!!! I told him this has happened 3 times now so what is going on?!!! DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT. Placed a mobile order, was told to wait and park, parked for over 45 minutes, got asked 3 times if I was there for "matthew", and everytime I said no its for Edward. Finally walked up to the door, the gentleman didn't even let me speak before saying "if you dont wanna be patient leave". I wasn't rude. I never yelled, i simply said I was waiting 45 minutes for food, if its gonna take longer than 10 more minutes I will gladly get a refund through customer service. He said it was gonna be longer than that (after already waiting more than 45) so I left. Will NEVER come here again. Worst experience ever with Faat food. Just to clarify the workers were nice, but they need better training and management please.

This place is the most horrible fast food restaurant. I expended $25 on fish tacos and shrimp tacos, plus asada fries. Ordered to go. Took 27 mins to get my cold and short order. Missing 1 taco. Staff doesn't pay attention to orders, works so slow making mess inside, food all over the floor. My shrimp tacos came with just one, very poor food food . Won't come back to this place I was hungry buy the long wait and miserable food for the price made me upset!
