Del Taco

Stopped by there a couple times a month. Grab something quick. Stopped in there around 4:15 today. Waited at the counter gentleman working. The Drive-Thru tells me we're not taking orders at the the counter. You have to use the kiosk. I advised him I'm unable to do that. I'm old especially when it comes to adding different sauces. I asked him can he help me? He said I can in a little bit and so if you can help me place the order on the kiosk why can't you just take my order?. On a side note, there was absolutely no one in the restaurant. There was only two cars on the drive-thru. I advised my stopped by here a couple times a month. Someone's always happy to help me. I told him if that's the only way I can order something, I guess I'll have to pass this time. Thank you for your time.

The Del Taco is hands down the best Taco. Hot meat and cold lettuce,tomato and cheese on a thin crunchy shell. No skimping on ingredients. Place is always clean

I haven’t been back in a long time because the service was so bad last time. I was craving a chicken taco. I knew better but retired to the same Del Taco in QC. I ordered four chick tacos and hot sauce. She said I could ask for sauce at the window. At the window I asked for hot sauce. I got home with 17 Del Ketchup’s. Thanks for being consistently awful!

There was so much grease in my tacos. I could drink it. I had two tacos combo with a coke last night, and I fear that the tacos were so greasy that I am going to have to poop soft serve for a week.

Was very disappointed with service. An elderly man came inside as i was ordering with thr touch screen inside. The elderly man asked if someone could help take his order cause he was unable to use the computer screens. The employee told him to use the touch screen he again explained he was unable to and asked if they could take his order or unfortunately he would have to leave and go else where. The employee rudely tossed awhatvlooked like a clipboard on thr counter told him buy have a good day and all the employees making food started to laugh. If I hadn't already payed I would have walked out with the elderly man. I will not being stepping foot back in this restaurant after seeing how they treated this elderly man. Is it to much to ask for an employee to help take an order like the
