Del Taco

Where do I begin? This Del Taco is just poorly ran, the people are so nice but the product given is a joke. I understand this is a value taco but where is the lettuce? Also, when asking for Well Done fries, I was ensured the soggiest and undercooked fries. This happens every time we come here. This is the Bad Del Taco of San Jacinto. If you want a better Del Taco go to the one on Florida and Standford. Those people and ran well and consistently providing excellent service.

Half of my order was wrong. I went in and they fixed it no problem but I had to repeat myself a few times to the employee and I’m honestly not sure why. I thought I ordered Dr Pepper but I guess I ordered Coca-Cola by mistake so when my husband told the worker I wanted Dr Pepper she said “no you ordered Coca-Cola” all rudely so I just left with Coca-Cola. That was my mistake and I own it. I spent more time asking for corrections on my food than I spent more time enjoying my food. This will definitely be my last time at this location.

Oh my god where to start this was the first time I went to this location and it will be my last generally Del Taco is pretty decent, but this location is by far the worst one I have ever been to for $17. The food should've been better the attitude of the employee should've been better. It was just horrible food all the way around I asked for an order of fries and I watched them physically take the fries out and place them on the counter as opposed to giving me hot fresh fries. These fries were old I had to put them in the microwave to make them taste semi decent. The guacamole was terrible. The Del tacos themselves made myself and my mom sick so I don't know what the temperature of the food was will never ever eat at another Del taco again because of this location the franchisee owner prob

I walked into the dining room. There were no other customers in line. The employees looked at me and went back to their conversation. After a few minutes of being ignored, I left. Del Taco is absolutely the worst fast food chain. Why do all your locations stink????

MY TUESDAY REGULAR! I go to Del Taco almost every Tuesday. As it’s a busy night after work and I have more work/business to attend to later that evening, I need a reliable bite! I’ve been coming to SJ’s Del Taco for YEARS and it’s delivered most of the time. The burritos are extra cheesy and the tacos have more meat than Taco Bell. I can’t give five stars due to the fact that my fries have come out limp the last few visits. As for recommendations, I go for the Fiesta Pack (comes with burritos and tacos), a large fry and a milkshake! The drive-thru service is fast and professional. I haven’t ran into any rude staff here which is a delight. Del Taco is right down the street from MSJC and several communities.
