Food was okay. Didn't have the items ordered on kiosk amd had to settle for other items after had already paid. Was not busy. Was clean

Ordered 2 epic burritos, asked for a lot of mild sauce because the burritos were huge, I only got 6 and when I asked for more she said she couldn't give me anymore. Asked for a receipt so I could get the points but was told the printer was down and there's no way to get the order number... Customer service at this location has gone to shat the last few times I've come here. I only go to this location because it's along my route home but I'll start going to the one off of sycamore instead.

I ordered on the app.This location is 5 minutes and closest.Sent hubby to pick up. There were no milkshakes available I ordered 2. The app didn’t say not available, if it had I would go elsewhere as that was what everyone wanted!.The burritos were unmarked forcing us to open all items trying to determine whose it was. Disgusting when opened!! The steak w/ pico-guacamole had no guac, just gray matter akin to vomit.,Ice cold. After seeing this, yes you got it, In the trash it went.The tostada was freezer cold.in center. Had to microwave it then guess what? Pure mush no crunch. In the trash. Cost was $42.00 for 4 items less 2 shakes they don’t have. 2 items trashed, hubby ate he was starving and looked the other way..(men!?) This location needs a corporate visit and employees trained. I don't normally review fast food because it's fast food. Everything about it can change daily depending on who's working and how busy it is. They gave me half a freaking Epic Burrito tho! This thing costs 8 bucks. It was everything but epic. Smh. Go support a mom & pop counter order place. With how much fast food costs now u might as well go get something fresher & higher quality. It only costs a lil more, tastes better and the local family owned spots need our business more and appreciate our business more. I mean when I'm low on funds and got the munchies I'm sure I'll be on their app again but jeez... I included a 16.9 oz water bottle in the pic so u have something to compare it to. Del Taco was definitely a miss on this day.

Used to have no issues at this Del Taco but this was the 5th time they got my order wrong in the last 8 months. I order the same things every other Tuesday and it's not a difficult order; 6 value tacos with no cheese, and an Epic Grilled Chicken Avocado Burrito (or 2 Beyond Avocado Tacos). The person at the window/mic always says the correct order and the receipt is always accurate to what I asked for but what's in the bag is usually wrong half the time. I have a dairy allergy so I always order stuff without cheese. They got it wrong a couple times at first and I let it slide opting to remove the cheese myself but the 3rd time they got it wrong I had to complain because not only was it getting annoying but they gave me just meat and melted cheese with no lettuce, there's either a major
