Del Taco

I went to this Del Taco location before 11AM on a Tuesday and ordered three Carne Asada tacos. After getting home, I found the meat to be really tough and not edible and it didn’t seem fresh. I called and spoke with a young lady who was very kind and professional. She told me she had just come back from break and wasn’t aware I had just gone through the drive-thru. After checking, she let me know that the Carne Asada was from the night before because they hadn’t thawed the fresh meat for the day yet. She said I could return after 1 PM for fresh tacos. I asked about a refund, and she let me know the manager would need to take care of that later in the afternoon, which eventually did happen. Says open till 2AM. Went at 11:50PM tonight and two girls were playing catch in the dining area. Nobody said anything on the drive thru speaker so I just left.

Waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes, ordered 2 guacamole beyond tacos and a medium fries, only for them to mess up my order, yet again. No guacamole and the fries were stale. They have messed my order up a couple of times before this last time, but I figured maybe they were rushed, or whatever the circumstances were at the time. I am over it. Not worth the money waiting in line for them to continously mess my order up over and over again.

The have really bad food quality. I ordered fish tacos and the fish was burned and my fries looked like they were old and just dumped in the fryer again, the like provided to me was going bad as seen in picture

It's my first time eating at any Del Taco, ever. I did not have high expectations because I thought it would be like a taco bell fast food experience. 9:00ish on a Saturday night. I glanced at the 3 people working. I dont think any of them is 21 years old. I am writing this to say that I am pleasantly surprised. The three of them worked pretty efficiently together. Their movements almost looked choreographed. A steady stream of cars has been going through the drive in. I have enjoyed a wonderful meal. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but I came inside because there was a long line of cars. I know they are pretty busy. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, because one can't really mess that up. I was excited to see that they have a green sauce choice. Delicious! I requested extra che
