I contacted Justin after being referred by a friend who spoke highly of his services. I scheduled and paid for a $150 video consultation, which we completed, and afterward I followed the onboarding process by submitting my prior-year tax returns. After about two weeks without hearing back, I followed up and received a response with recommendations on how to proceed. I replied the same day confirming that I wanted to move forward and asked whether I should schedule another call or continue communication by email. After that point, I did not receive any further responses. I sent multiple follow-up emails over the course of November and December, left a voicemail with the office, and reached out again in January after the holidays to ask whether we would be moving forward or if I should see
