They will substitute items on your order without telling you. I ordered white rice & beans as I’ve been craving it. They sent dry, nasty, old yellow rice that lacked season. This is not the 1st time they have substituted but it will be my last ordering from them. When they 1st opened on Uber eats they were great, now they don’t even taste like Dominican food! The meat lacked seasoning and was the wrong type of pork for the Carne cerdo frita. Even their Mayo Ketchup tastes off. Don’t waste your money, especially if dealing with pregnancy cravings!

I ordered a chimi. They gave me a frozen hamburger patty. The patty was hard and black like it was old. $20 wasted. And they don’t wear gloves.

Instead of telling me they ran out of white rice and red beans they replaced two of my meals with the dry yellow rice. They gave me lettuce instead of potato salad. And didn’t even give me hot sauce. Terrible customer service only for refunded for the potato salad.

This place will rob you! I work across the street and I get the same thing 2 quipes and a pastelillo and theses guys charged me 2 different prices each day and I heard it’s a common practice. They charged me 20 for tostones and a chicken breast cut in pieces .
