Great barbecue place with a wide selection of drinks and barbecue food I really enjoy the big salads that they make.

The food was amazing! The BBQ sauce is not as thick as what I’m used to, but it was so good & worked perfectly for my brisket loaded baked potato. The brownies were also really good.

While not bad, it lacks the signature smokiness or BBQ flavor. 🌶️ On a brighter note, the fajitas are a savory delight, offering a burst of flavor with every bite. The blend of spices and tender meat make them a highlight of the menu. 🥧 Ending the meal on a sweet note, the apple pie is decent, though it doesn’t reach the heights of deliciousness or spectacular taste. It’s a satisfactory ending to the meal. 💰 With reasonable prices, BBQ Joint offers a descent dining experience for those seeking comfort food without breaking the bank. While it may not dazzle with every dish, it’s a reliable option for a satisfying meal.

Salt and pepper goes a long way! Everything was bland and the chicken and brisket were dry. The only flavor came from the bbq sauce it came smothered in. Also the food was barely warm! The hottest thing on my plate was green beans I ordered. I also tried the potato salad but it was meh. Wouldn’t not visit again sadly.

Food came out super fast. So fast, you can tell the fries were old and not made fresh. The fries were soggy and had no seasoning. The brisket sandwich was big and tender, but it had absolutely no flavor. The BBQ sauce also had no flavor. I’ll try again another day to see if my experience is different, but so far this is the worst BBQ I’ve had in Houston.
