Worst experience ever! Swim instructors are very unprofessional, instead of making my daughter feel comfortable even though I explained to them that she is very fearful of water and then switching to different levels with different instructors just to figure out how to make her feel safe and comfortable but none of the instructors cared. They didn’t even try to take their time and talk to her and make her trust them. I had to speak to the supervisor about our experience and asked her to give me any helpful feedback but she didn’t care and did nothing also! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Not family, friendly at all a single older man wouldn’t share laps during an open swim so made lifeguard closed the diving board area while other kids were using it and then on purpose hit 3 different kids went in lane to swim, which is more than big enough for multiple swimmers hit them had to tell staff but didn’t seem too interested

Great price and pool but you get what you pay for. Young staff with inconsistent rules. My daughter loves the water and was wary from class one. Her instructor was nice but didn't know how to handle the situation. I sat on the bench close to the pool and after 3 classes was told that's not allowed and parents had to sit in the bleachers. I didn't feel comfortable with that as my daughter was left on the platform alone while the instructor took the rest of the cass out deeper. She wasn't holding on and the lifeguard was asleep. Another parent pointed out the sleeping lifeguard and there was no concern from other staff. My daughter had already fallen off the platform once and there are too many safety concerns to return.

It is one of the Hotter pools I have been at!! Very Clean and it's hard to see the swimmers because of the Glare from the Sun!

Not a very good place some guy didn't want to swim laps in the 2 lap areas they had so he had the guards put another lane up and close off the diving board when other people were using it during open swim
