My son and I came from Miami to see our favorite waitress Angelina she moved from Miami to Fort Myers we really missed her and her excellent costumer service she really make us feel like home and treat us like family she is amazing with my son thank you 😊 for your excellent service wishing you many blessings

Bad experience all around. My husband and I both ordered burgers. When we went to pick up the food, one of the workers (Brunette lady with missing teeth) was bickering at me because I grabbed my food bag with my name on in while there was nobody around to greet us. Then I asked if another bag on the table with no name was ours as well and she said no because there wasn't a name on it. We got in the car and I checked what we had and we were missing food. So I go back in, waited 2 minutes, and another worker greeted me. I told her I was missing my side of hash browns and my apple pie dessert thing. I told her that the bag on the table (that the lady said wasn't mine) looked like mine because I saw ice cream in the bag (my dessert came with ice cream). Then the bickering lady came back over

Your food was absolutely terrible. My sons fries looked days old with oil dripping from.them. We threw them in the trash. Service sucks my takeout food was left on a table not even behind counter I watched a man walk in touching bags to look inside to see if it was his. Then the lady didnt even want to look to see if those was my bags told me to wait I had to look myself she got attitude. Assumed I was a uber driver even though I had my 3 yr old with me slammed down sheet to fill out for Uber drivers lmao 🤣 I told her my food was paid over line and im.not a Uber driver. Never again will I visit this place absolutely horrible. And it was dirty out front by door littered with trash and used face mask. Just gross.

We had a great family experience at the Denny’s in Cape Coral. The Latina manager was incredibly attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcome. She truly cares about the customers and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Our waitress was also friendly, patient, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Everything went smoothly, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of as a family. We will definitely come back and recommend this location.

This Dennys offers thier typical menu and affordable options. Looks a bit rough outside but clean within. The parking lot entrance is tight, use the back of building for more room n parking. Large staff keeps turnover fast.
