Denny's Restaurant

The food was absolutely terrible, raw greasy potatoes slop on a plate, burnt toast and over cooked eggs. The bill was 52 for two grand slams and 2 orange juices so overpriced

Fabulous place! Conveniently located right near Interstate 81 in Cortland. A clean, neat store. A fantastic selection of delicious, nutritious food. Plenty of free parking. Good prices. Jennifer was a stellar waitress. Highly recommended!

In my years of profession, the kid or the waiter that took our order needs to be better trained. Did not bring out the food altogether. He brought out one order, waited 5 minutes then brought the other order. The food was not warm. It was cold and it's a sad thing to say the manager was decent. But he had no backbone. But he was decent. We will not be stopping back at this restaurant. Never.

I had the grand smash with fries and it was delish! Paired it with their hot chocolate which was really rich and creamy. The sweetness of the ham and sourdough bread just hit the spot. Our waitress Sky was very pleasant and helpful.

On December 24th, during our journey from Washington to Ottawa, we stopped for brunch at Denny’s in Cortland, and it turned into an unforgettable experience. The food, as always, was superb—delicious, hearty, and perfectly comforting for a winter day. What made this visit truly extraordinary, though, was the kindness we witnessed. A lovely lady, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, generously paid for everyone dining at the time. It was such a heartwarming gesture, embodying the true spirit of the holidays. To the wonderful people of Cortland, and especially to this incredible woman, thank you for making our day so special. Your kindness left a lasting impression, and we are so grateful to have been part of such a beautiful moment.
