Denny's Restaurant

We had some sandwiches and French toast with a cream and sauce that were absolutely delicious. Everything was well prepared and full of flavor. The place was a bit noisy due to all the TVs, but aside from that, the service was very kind and the food was amazing. We’d definitely go back.

I’m writing this review because of the frustrating experience my family and I had at this Denny’s. We arrived around 12:20 pm and were seated right away. The hostess noticed our booth was wet and had a busser clean it, which he did quickly and very politely. By 12:44 pm, no server had come to our table, even though other customers who arrived after us were already being helped. I went to the front desk to let the hostess know we’d been waiting over 20 minutes to which she said she would notify our server. At about 12:49 pm, a server named Laura finally came over. She did not introduce herself or apologize for the wait time and seemed annoyed while taking our order. Our drinks arrived shortly after, but our food never did. Today Sunday 08/24, I went to have breakfast with my family, after we ordered, it took more than half hour to bring it, the taste was no right because the philly cheestake was so greasy that I needed like 3 napkins to clean the grease under the phlilly cheestake and in spite of it the meat was chew, peppers, onions and mushrooms were burnned that was imposible to eat them. I think that if the people at the kitchen takes enough time to cook ,it's Ok for me, but if it takes to much time and they bring the food in greasy plate and burnned it's no fair to pay for it and it's no good for our health. I have been there many times and it's my first time to complain about it, the chefs should be more careful using oil in the food and care about people's health.

My first time here with my family coming all the way from the Bronx and had a greeeaattt experience!. With Denise, our server, the service was fast. Hoping to come back and get her again!.

Hostess, waitress, and chef all did their jobs well. Overall a good meal. Only issue was the too loud and inappropriate music. It just wasn't conducive to peaceful eating and digesting. When I asked if it could be changed I was told no by the waitress. Shame, it detracted from an otherwise excellent time. I also got a hoot out of the robot server assisting the waitress that brought our food near the table so the waitress could move the dishes from the robot to our table. This replaces the big tray serving staff would carry the meals on to bring to guests. It was quite neat. 5 stars overall, but ding 2 stars off atmosphere for the too loud and brash music. I did enjoy the food and had good service.
