3-21-25 If you call their number anytime after lunch it'll tell you the offices are closed and we're unable to receive voicemails at this time and it will hang up on you!!! I talked to a supervisor that said when they get a new governor they get a new computer system and phone system so they know it's not our fault it's their fault it's the phone system and computer system that's messing everything up and they know it but it's not their fault it's your fault your case gets closed you're uploads don't get uploaded to prove your case so you keep your food stamps your case just gets closed and they know it's their fault not yours!!!!!!!!!! I got up at 8:00 in the morning so I can call them before lunch to get through when I did talk to an agent she acted like she really didn't care the phones

You can never reach anyone. Or if you manage to, you're told to call back or they have to transfer you where you wait again. I have been on hold right now for over 3 hrs going on 4!!! This is ridiculous! My 75 yr old aunt was trying to answer her phone yesterday for her interview, but no one ever said anything back and then they hung and put in the computer that she didn't answer and missed her appointment!! She had to re apply because they closed her case, she's had no food assistance this month at all, and here we wait. I've been trying since 12:30p yesterday! We waited over 2 hrs yesterday, finally got someone on the line and was told we would have to call back today because it was 2:10pm and they stop interviews at 2pm.. even tho we had called them right back for her 12:30p appointmen

I would give zero stars if I could. But the women in the food stamp office seem racist to me. And I hate throwing around that word but I grabbed a number and sat down and she HAPPILY helped all of the black girls in there with a smile and quickness but I sat there for twenty minutes after everyone else was helped (I was last number to be called) but she would not call my number so I sat there would could have been longer if I didn’t get up myself and ask to be helped then when I walked up to her she didn’t provide any good customer service and asked how I was she just said what do you need? And when I told her she said that she would send in my paperwork to my case worker and then when we were done she didn’t even say have a nice day or anything. And well it turns out she didn’t even send

They need to be held accountable up there they went to my child school behind my back got her to agree with them because they where mad at me because they couldn't find anything on me our say I was a bad mom they knew I didn't have a supportive family to get my kids they kept calling me asking me did I have a related relative to get me kids like they knew something I didn't but they actually did they got me locked up with police and as I was getting out of jail that day they said a person called my kids in but they told that person un true things about me I was proven innocent my charges was dropped I was facing almost 20 years for a lie and they still holding my kids away from me on purpose.
