Did they even run plows during the last storm? My street is a block of ice; maybe we should have the Bruins play a game here ! Does the town have salting trucks? If so are they used? There is a clear difference in the neighboring towns and tewksbury streets. Heck even Andover with all the trees there are there, their streets are clean. Horrible

I sent a reuest to the Snow removal division asking if they could come clear our street of snow today as the original Pickup trucks who had done the plowing were unable to push the snow back far enough and the road was closing in after all the storms we have been getting. Less than 2 hours later a heavy equipment payloader was on my street taking care of our entire street and making it safe for us. This is the first time I have used the website and wasn't sure my request would even be read as I know how busy the DPW must be at this time with another storm coming. The employees at the Tewksbury Department of Public Works are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I recently connected to town sewer, and the whole project ran seamlessly from the beginning of the permitting process, to the inspections at the end.

They like to tow cars illegal outside the timeframe given and on streets not frequently accessed by the public in areas that are not considered a dangerous area and the cars arnt even in the way of any vehicle, just there pile because they cant be bothered to turn the plow just 45 more degrees

Unfortunately- the we were waited on by a rather crass, loud-voiced, older woman who acted like she didn’t care. Who trains these people?
