Desi sandwich foodies | Indian Street Food

We heard about Desi Sandwich Foodies and their Frankies so we had to try it. They have really captured the authentic Indian taste and the food was amazing! We loved that they give "nalli" (fryums) with the order. We recommend the Panneer Achari Frankie and Chicken Tikka Frankie! Their chaat options are good too. We'll be coming back again to try more.

Desi sandwich foodies is a newly opened food truck and we heard a lot about it and I being a fan of sandwiches and frankies had to give this place a try. We tried the Veggie Paneer Sandwich, Potato Sandwich, Sev Puri, Schezwan Chicken Frankie, Paneer Frankie and Chocolate Cheese Sandwich. Veggie paneer sandwich was decent but had too much filling and was a very cold sandwich. We had the same problem with the potato sandwich too, the potato in the sandwich also did not have any spice so it tasted a bit bland. The Sev Puri was so cold that everyone wanted to wait before having another bite which ruined the food as a while the puri becomes soggy. Frankies were a hit. Both paneer and chicken Frankies tasted great and made the trip to this food truck worth it. I would recommend trying Frankie

Food is tasty and very similar like you eat from cart in India. Price is very reasonable and good portion of food comes with the order Recommended: Bombay sandwich, Achari paneer Franki, Alu papdi chaat Dhai phulki was not that tasty seems boondi has no flavor Highly recommend for Indian foods

I have mixed feelings about this. I liked the Frankies and the Dahi Chana chat didn’t go well with me. I couldn’t eat all of it. Will try the sandwiches next time.

Amazing place for having great indian food in mumbai style. Chholey bhature , bombay sandwich and alloo tikki chat was yummy. Highly recommend.
