I am writing this review because I find your response to the review below very unprofessional. A professional organization seeks to remedy a bad review and not dismiss it. Thus rather than interpreting the reviewer's comment as an attempt to "hurt" your company, it would be more appropriate to take the opportunity to acknowledge the reviewer's sentiment and work to improve your image. Dismissing a review will do more harm than good irrespective of whether or not you believe the comments to be accurate. Furthermore, reviewers may sometimes share feedback they heard from others who do not dare to share them online for fear of retaliation. Muy mal en este lugar ay preferencias y a los puerto riqueños los tratan de lado no me gusta para nada la preparación si por algún motivo fartas ala clase no la reponen mi experiencia a qui es horrible
