I've been going back and forth with these guys for about a month and a half trying to get assistance with food. I've visited the office twice in person and both times the staff was obviously annoyed with the customers. Instead of informing me that there was an issue with the fax I sent in, the woman at the window says "ugh. I can't read this ID it's unreadable" So I offer my ID for her to make a copy of and she makes an equally unreadable copy. Worst assistance office I've ever experienced.
