Diamond Parking

My family stopped for a CDA cruise and then went to the park for a few minutes after. One of our toddlers needed to stop for a bathroom break, we were 2 minutes late back from the park and we already had the ticket notice. Look at the notice and it was marked at the exact time of expiration. Seems a little excessive to give zero grace. I'll just park up the street next time and walk in for $41 fee after paying for the $7 parking.

Do not park in any of their designated lots - you will get a ticket even when you pay to park. Always use ParkMobile dedicated lots.

Paid for 2 hours of parking in one of their lots, knew time was almost up and we werent done with our shopping. So tried paying again and it kept telling me error please try again later, multiple times.

My wife got a ticket for parking in "customer only" parking. Only, she WAS a customer. She called and, after many attempts, finally got a "one-time courtesy waiver." They said she moved her car from a different spot into the customer parking and then lied about it. These guys are the worst.

Parked in a lot that was previously free. Poor signage throughout the lot led me to believe this was still the case. Ended up with a ticket for 7x the cost of what the parking fee would've been. What a unbelievable racket this business is. Disgusting. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
