DICED Salads, Wraps & Bowls - West Cary

I want to like it, but you guys need to be so for real about prices. I got the harvest bowl with chicken and a cup of water. $18.89 for that absolutely KILLED me. I wanted to treat myself to something nice and it just wasn't even close enough to good to justify the price. I couldn't afford a drink. I budget all month for a dinner out and I feel so disappointed and let down. Real foodie feedback: harvest grain bowls should not be ice cold. Genuinely, it's too COLD. Chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli... They could be warm. A warm salad is delicious. Even room temp would be better flavor. I'm really sad I spent my only night out and nearly $20 on just a cold fart salad. Service 10/10. Food, not worth the price tag.

Just tried Diced for the first time. Got a CYO steak bowl. It was mostly lettuce, which was wilted almost to the point of rotting. The steak was overly fatty and sinewy. Roasted brussel sprouts had inedible stalks still attached. The roasted mushrooms and corn were good, as were the 2 grape tomatoes (an extra buck for 2 grape tomatoes......). Ended up having to trash almost the entire bowl.

DO NOT ORDER "to go!" I've ordered and enjoyed the "Daisy Duke" salad numerous times while dining in the West Cary location. However, when my wife brought home my salad it had less than one teaspoon of chicken in it. I had to search to find a very small piece. DICED employees are very fast & efficient but either they were too efficient in this case or they figured they could save DICED $$. I'll stick with Panera's Fuji Apple Chicken salad.

05-12-2025: so my husband and I decided to go by DICED near our home in Cary to grab some salads and figured we would give them another try since I last posted an issue with what use to be my fave salad spot. Today seems like I went back to 10 mos ago with one exception that at least the tables were clean. How can two salads be so very different…..how is that possible the pictures represent the inequity of same……but that wasn’t the kicker! I am TIRED of spending my hard earned money in establishments that treat me like I don’t belong……the negative “Karen” energy by the young lady that helped me was disgusting. My husband who ordered before me and with another employee received glowing service…….he looked at me and said what the heck is going on…….i expressed fear to speak up as i did not

I used to love this place but lately the salads I get are inedible. Poor quality meats and they dump an entire cup of dressing into the bowls. What I received tonight was a literal soup of blue cheese dressing - hardly a healthy option. If you still want to eat here, order in-person so you can supervise them while they make your order
