Nice and clean, with helpful team here! One star lost for the "ice cream" machine which was putting out cold sweet milk, not really ice cream I remember from Dickeys of days past. We'll be back anyways, the girls thought it was fun to eat off a tray🤷🏻😂

Very fresh, wonderful brisket, ribs and sausage!! The workers were polite, friendly and got everything right! The only problem was they couldn't print out my receipt. I also wish they had chocolate ice cream. Don't like vanilla. But man that food was GOOD!! Will be back for sure!!

I’m a cancer patient and I am particular where I eat. The giant baker is so comforting and helps me so much. Tonight my husband went to get my favorite meal… giant baker with brisket. Jordan, Isaiah and Josh made sure I had the best experience and I so appreciate it!! They went above and beyond to give me what I wanted and more! Thank you so much!!

Don’t worry about eating at this location. They believe catering orders are more important than walk in customers. Tried to go for lunch and was told it was a 30min wait due to filling 7 catering orders. Multiple employees and not a single one can pull away to serve customers in the restaurant? We wasn’t the only ones that got turned away either.

Ice cream machine was out of order! Root beer was out. The bathroom was disgusting, the floor and condiment station were dirty. Didn't have the slush ice, had low quality silverware. No onion tanglers. Other than that, the foot tasted ok, and the service was acceptable.
