Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Dickeys has a variety of different bbq options and free ice cream with your meal. They are at their best every bit of ok. I generally the few times I dealt with Dickeys was having them out of a pure wish for bbq on a bbq holiday but unfortunately I had to work so we decided to get Dickeys as they were the only bbq place nearby and open. I can say truthfully though the bbq was not terrible it was not great either as a matter of fact I'll say the ice cream was the best part of the meal. Prices are acceptable. Atmosphere is okay and customer service was good.

Service was bad, ribs were old brisket was old.Overall a 1 out of 10. This female was very rude, had a nasty attitude. I told her I didn't want the end piece of the rib, she took it off the plate and threw it, saying it was extra anyway. The food was not fresh. Just thrown together. I asked the female at the register what the young lady name. She said Des like she didn't want to tell me. I asked was a manager there, she said yes. But never went and got her. I spent $ 18 on this old food and bad service. I will not over look this, something needs to be done!

I placed an order for pickup and was very disappointed in the results. I ordered 3 plates all with different meats and sides. I followed the online format for this thinking that I was doing it correctly. When my brother picked up our food, he realized that it had been sitting in their "hot box" for who know how long. We asked for sauce but there was none. We asked for texas toast, we go flat tasteless rolls. In short, we'll be going to Full Moon next time.

Worst customer service by the manager on duty! Would give ZERO stars if I could. Manager on duty on the evening of 9/11 had the nastiest attitude and poorest customer service. When I stated that I was thinking about spending my money somewhere else she said that I should. She would not honor the “Kids Eat Free” deal stating that I had to order something with meat on it, which we ordered the Fritos Pie Stack which has chopped beef brisket piled on top. When I stated that what we ordered had meat on it, she said that it must cost $12 which it did not. I pointed to the Kids Eat Free sign taped on the wall by the order station and told her that is not listed. She said it didn’t matter even though we followed everything else on there. We informed the person we placed the order with that we were

Order the 2 meat combo and I can say this location has changed. The portions were smaller and I was given my food in plastic bags- no brown bags with the Dickeys logo. Also my pie was small and wrapped up in plastic vs in a pie plastic container. I see the business is cutting costs while the price of the meals are increasing 😔. I won’t be returning
