Customer Reviews
I ordered delivery through GrubHub and didn't get most of my order. I ordered the build your own smoke stack and only got a piece of bread and some dry cold pulled pork. I didn't receive my spicy bbq sauce, fries, or the rib I added. Do not ever do business with them. They wouldn't even give me a full refund just a partial for the missing items. I am not touching cold and dry nasty meat that seems like it's been left out far too long
Ordered 47 dollars worth of takeout from this dickeys. Chicken was not cooked thru. Pink (not from snoking)and rubbery. Disgusting. Ordered sliced brisket got something like burnt ends so hard you can't eat them. We love dickeys as a rule, but this one needs some management review. Really sad Would give a negative 0 if it was one of the choices.
Every so often I'll get a hankering for bbq and Dickeys happen to be at the right place at the right time. So I try it every few years and every time I'm reminded why I avoid them. The food is mid, this place is heavily carried by the sides because the BBQ is subpar. I got a two meat plate with polish sausage and sliced brisket and green beans with a drink. Came out to be a few cents short of $20 and it was not worth half of those pennies. I'll start with the good which was the green beans. Flavorful, salty and delicious. That's about the only plus I got, the brisket was as dry as leather, and the sausage has a greasy mouth feel with not much flavor to speak of. Both meats relied heavily on the BBQ sauce to save it, which it did all ok job. This new prepackaged sauce ain't it. I miss the B
This is the saddest overpriced garbage I've seen to date. $17 for a country fried steak that looks worse and is smaller than what you'd get out of a tv dinner
First time here and won't be back. Got the ribs, and brisket, French fries, green beans and cole slaw. Suppose to come with Texas toast didn't get that. He gave me baked beans instead of green beans like I ordered. Hubby and I drive truck so I didn't bother to look in the bag thinking everything would be there, my mistake. First time and last time. I'll go back to mitche's bbq down the street, much better. And he was by himself so no reason to not get my order right because there was only 2 of us that ordered.
