Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Ordered $60 worth of food for pick up. When the food arrived at home, the Loaded chili cheese fries were NOT loaded with any thing! Zero cheese on COLD waffle fries. Some meat mixed with stale chili powder dumped on top of the cold fries. Nothing else. Zero BBQ sauce in the whole order. Green beans with Bacon, Zero bacon. Cold dry chicken again with out BBQ sauce to moisten. My husband did enjoy his brisket, with ZERO BBQ sauce. I emailed the Marana on Thornydale location, left a voicemail with no return email or call. I emailed corporate with no response. Shows how much Dickie BBQ cares! If I could I would have given them a “LOADED” zero star I would have. NEVER AGAIN!

0 STARS - Rude service from the two people there and no brisket for the day. Tried to give me baked beans with my “Loaded Fries”, which says chili and cheese by the way.

I ordered food to eat in. The lady at the front was older and not friendly whatsoever. They were out of sausages so I got brisket and 2 pull pork sandwiches. The sandwiches weren't too bad, however the brisket was dry as can be and uninspiring. I won't be back

Brisket was harder than jerky. Half of it was not edible. Ribs were tender but salty and lacked flavor.

My son and I went to Dickey's on thornydale in Tucson. The place was empty when we arrived. There were two people working the counter. The one taking the order and preparing the meat portion and the second getting the sides and handling the register. To begin with, the one taking the orders did not know the menu because he left the cheese off of the sandwich. My son ordered and when we asked questions prior to ordering he couldn't answer some of the questions. The person handling besides and the register also did not know the menu and could not answer simple questions. Just stared back with this deer caught in a headlights Look on his face. When we finally got our food and went to sit down, every table in the place was greasy and dirty and sticky. When we went to get the sauce the containe
