Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I love dickies’s BBQ and I drove 30 minutes. Out of my way to get a pound of chicken today. They gave me shredded chicken? I’ve never had shredded chicken from any dickies I’ve ever been to. It’s always been sliced. I can’t even taste the smoke flavor on this chicken

Thought going to the store, I would receive better quality food than door dashing. It's definitely not the case tonight, and I was the only customer in there. Ordered the chilies cheese fries and the fries are raw. Update: ordered a giant baker for delivery and received everything separately. Nothing was together like normal. 2 little slices of brisket, potato not fully baked and had to mix everything together. At this point the workers must be lazy and I am officially done ordering from this poorly run location. It used to be great but now so many inconsistencies you can just tell this location has just gone down hill sorry to say.

Where to start? Just came here for the first time in years and got a takeout order. My pulled pork did not have any sauce that I requested. Their drink machine was broke . And to top it off, I received beans instead of the mac and cheese 🤢 Not one mistake but all 3 items I ordered were wrong and didn’t realize until getting home. They stapled the bag so much that you can’t even open it to double check your order before leaving without destroying it.

I am an Uber Eats delivery driver. When working, the only opportunity for a restroom is when picking up orders. When I was at this restaurant, I asked to use the restroom and was told I had to buy something. By definition, I was there for my customer who spent $60, so by extension I DID buy something. I can't believe the management is THAT petty!!! I will never bring my own business to this place!!! Insanity!!

I can’t express how disappointing the food was. We paid $40 for our food and nothing looked appetizing. The fries looked like they were soaked in oil. They were completely transparent!! The boneless wings looked like nuggets and tasted bland. It was our first time here and we hoped for it to be better.
