Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I wouldn’t even give the one star if I would have been able to leave a comment. Food is terrible!!!! Dont waist your money on food that looks like it’s been sitting for months. Meat was discolored, beans have an abundance of salt. The bread on my chopped sandwich was so hard you can knock on a door with it. It’s an all for supporting the businesses located in WF. Grant it we are loosing our mall. But to have terrible service/food its hard to support this.

The turkey was really good & the sweet tea. I’m just not a fan of the potato salad, Mac & cheese or baked beans. The chicken was not good at all. The service was good but I don’t think I would order from the restaurant again. Fries were okay.

Normally this is a go to place for comfort smoked food. This trip was very disappointing and lacking in quantity and taste. Here is one of the two meat plates that cost 38 dollars.

EXCELLENT FOOD We chose to dine for lunch here in APR 2025. The place is small but cozy - nice decor. The menu has all you need in a BarBQ restaurant. They also have the deal of the day, which seems to be a good deal. We were four persons dining this day - so we ended up tasting just a small portion of the menu - we all wanted the brisket and/or sausage. We just loved the brisket (Chopped and sliced) and the polish sausage. We tried out the regular as well as the spicy barbecue sauce. Both were very tasty. I loved the jalapeno beans. Just really excellent. Definitely a place to try if in town looking for BarBQ.

The food is looks delicious and smells awesome! I highly recommend. Plus there are great specials throughout the week.
