Really impressive family operation, from source to cup. From the moment I pulled up to the sign-less storefront and walked in the door, I knew this was a different kind of coffee experience. Dilla is not a coffee shop, they’re roasters and it shows in the best way. The family is amazing and take the time to explore and educate. While they’re not a shop, they offered to make me and my daughter a cup of pour over coffee (and it was delicious). It genuinely felt like one family with another family. We live in downtown Houston with a lot of access to great coffee, but I’d go out of my way to go back.

We drove all the way down from The Colony on a Saturday, arrived at noon and waited for over ten minutes inside before we left. No one was there, no one answered the phone but the store was open. Disappointed but hope everything and everyone is okay.
