Customer Reviews
I will unfortunately have to echo the recent reviews... this place was great for many, many years and now it's not. Overall, the quality of the food has declined noticeably. In particular, the eggrolls were mushy and awful. We won't be going back.
This used to be our favorite place. We used to go all the time. Ordered recently some kung pow chicken, chicken and string beans, veggie lo mein and 2 spring rolls. I don't want to leave a bad review, but this is not the same Ding How we knew for 20 + years. First of all the spring rolls tasted like frozen spring rolls that were deep fried. They were mushy inside, instead of the tasty crispy cabbage filling with a little pull and no crunch on the shell. The kung pow had veggie fillers like zucchini and red onions. I have never seen this in our previous orders or anywhere for that matter . The same reddish orange brown sauce was in the chicken and string beans and kung pow chicken . No different of taste or texture. The positive is the chicken pieces were big and tender. The sting beans w
I hate to leave a bad review but it seems they changed owners and the menu without changing the name of the restaurant. I loved!!! the old recipes, it was my favorite Chinese food place, but now I feel like I could make this at home but better. The ingredients were definitely fresh but veggies seem to be a filler and the portion size is wayyyyy less than what it use to be for the same price, which was already too high for what the old menu was. I cant justify 40$ dinner for this. The cashew chicken might as well be soup and they put zucchini in it?? Why. Its definitely healthier but thats not what I want when I eat Chinese food
This place used to be amazing. We got carryout/and or delivery at least 2 times a month. Used to be the best Chinese food around the area. I believe there are new owners now. The menu is exactly the same, but the recipes have changed. It now tastes like mall food court Chinese. We gave it two tries, one at the end of August and once last week. Very dissatisfied with the new quality of the food.
I got wonton soup, shrimp spring rolls, and the house chow fun. The wonton soup was perfect. Perfect amount of flavor, only slight issue was that it was lukewarm. But once I stuck it in the microwave it was amazing. The spring rolls were very good. And the chow fun was pretty good, they do put a lot of onions and beef and not as much chicken and shrimp. But the flavor was pretty good. And the portion sizes are huge. I paid $12 for this dish and only ate about 1/4 of it. The only minor complaint I have is that they didn’t give me any duck sauce. I usually eat my spring rolls and wonton chips with duck sauce, and when I opened the bag to not find any I wasn’t too happy. I’ve never been here before, so maybe you have to ask them when you pick it up? But still, they should be asking you if you
