Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

I was looking forward to stopping in since I used to work here back in the day and always loved the food. From start to finish I was not disappointed. Aly, our server was fantastic. I was with my sister who has a severe nut allergy and Aly sprinted to the kitchen to alert them. Our starter was great, the pickled jalapeños and cucumbers paired perfectly with the deep fried crackers and the smoked sausage. The rest of our food was delicious, the ribs fell off the bone, the pork belly was crispy yet melted in the mouth. The brisket was delicious, and all the sides were great. Definitely try the bbq blue cheese house dressing, it is a star and not to be ignored. I’m so happy we stopped by, what a great highlight to a visit to the Tri-shitty region!

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Troy is a fun spot right on the river, offering both indoor and outdoor seating with a great waterfront vibe. The barbecue is very good and lives up to the restaurant’s reputation. The bar is large and usually busy, especially on a Friday night, which adds to the lively atmosphere. It’s a great place to hang out with friends, enjoy good food, and soak in the energy of the crowd. The service was average, but overall it’s still a solid choice for a casual night out with good barbecue and a scenic setting.

True North American feel , the food was superb the presentation was amazing and the ambience was great. The best thing about this restaurant was that everything was well cooked fresh and moreover the portions were very good, good enough for a foodie like myself. The smoked meat was juicy. Restrooms were also classy and antique. Loved this place and will visit next time. Love from Montreal 🇨🇦 👏

Stumbling into Harlem with friends at 7 PM, this American BBQ place really didn't live up to my expectations. Prime Brisket: A popular recommendation. The meat was grilled until very tender, but not very juicy. All the grilled meats were extremely salty, only slightly alleviated by the Original dipping sauce. The sauce was primarily tomato-based, but lighter and more tangy than regular tomato sauce, with a hint of spiciness and smokiness. Pork Belly: It was served with crunchy pickles, adding more flavor and texture, and helping to cut through the oiliness. St. Louis Rib: Extra $2 for adding to a combo set meal. The ribs were bone-in but grilled until almost falling off the bone; the layer of fat clinging to the bone was satisfying--truly the most perfect part. Pulled Pork: Personally,

Well rounded consistent bbq spot. Service at the bar was excellent. -Deviled eggs, seasoned well. -1/4 chix thigh, juicy. Great flavor. Rendered skin. -Sausage, slight spice, juicy. -Brisket, tender. if you make sure there’s fat in the bite it’s ok. Without its dry. -Cornbread, served without butter or honey was disappointing. -Mac n cheese, seasoned well, nicely cooked Mac wasn’t mushy. -Potato salad spot on. Seasoned, mix of tender chunks & mashed. -Baked beans & stewed greens both lacking in seasoning.
