I love ordering my cakes from this bakery my family has been ordering cakes for many years from here. The staff and owner are very attentive and helpful they have great customer service and if there is or will be an inconvenience they let you know before receiving your order and try to resolve the issue. I loved the design on this heart shaped cake it was so colorful and it tasted great, but the one that we ordered for my cousins 15 is the one I love the best the display and formation it’s really great.These are some of the cakes that we have ordered recently. I really recommend this bakery 100% there is no other place where to get a tres leches cake like theirs there just isn’t a place that makes them better. I know that we will continue to go back for their cakes because they are to die

The flan is incredible! My wife has wanted a flan for her birthday for a few years but no one near us does them. Gainesville was about 40 minute drive but totally worth it! It was $28 which was affordable and very tasty! Thank you

Wow! I was in search of Flan as a gift and I didn’t have far to go. Dioselina’s flan is as good as it gets. When I need a cake, this will be my first stop. I like to support family businesses because they’re the cornerstone of American free enterprise. Great service provided in a personable, professional and friendly manner.

I’ve been coming to this bakery for almost 15 years. Their tres leches is the best I’ve had and every cake I’ve purchased in all those years has always been excellent. They don’t need to change a thing. A hidden gem in Gainesville.
