Dippin' Dots

My sister and I spent over $70 at this location last night, hoping to enjoy a fun first-time visit to a Dippin' Dots storefront. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The staff showed no interest in making us feel welcomed. The customer service was downright horrible, and it felt like they didn’t care at all that we were excited to try something new. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect when spending that much money. We won’t be returning.

Our experience was awful. We did the tutti frutti frozen yogurt and we were going to add topping, and of course it was a little messy. We cleaned it up perfectly. The lady was staring at us, yelling at us to stop making a mess, and charged us 2 dollars extra for something that we did not do. She disrespected us from the beginning, and i repeatedly told her any mess made would be cleaned up. The fact that she charged us 2 dollars extra for absolutely no reason, the tone and disrespect when i am the one paying her for service, and the overall immaturity on the workers part is what made this experience so bad. The lady working was miserable, and i will never forget our horrible experience. If you are the worker that did this and you are reading this, I hope your days get better and you become

Stopped in on a nice Wednesday morning around 11 or so and instantly was greeted with a refreshing and cool atmosphere. After we decided on flavors from the many options, the lady behind the counter got to work grabbing our dots and mixing our shake. The dots were so cold they practically stuck to my tongue! (refreshingly) And the peanut butter milkshake had loads of peanut butter in it. Very good stuff, I'll be back for a slushie!

Great ice cream on the boardwalk.really friendly staff

The Rochester St location does not exist so we walked a little farther to this one between 2nd and 3rd Street. My daughter has allergies so the 4 non dairy ice options was great! They also have regular hard dipped ice cream and the big waffle cones are only $1 extra. This location does not have seating. The one farther up the boards does have seating inside. We would go again!
