Dippin' Dots

I love dip n dots but haven’t had them in a while decided to go and the lady was Very rude! I did t realize my cashapp card was locked and she said it declined that I had to pay cash i apologize for me not realizing it was locked and she said she couldn’t try again and said to pay her cash I told her I didn’t have cash she said well I ended up saying never mind and she said ok bye … I know she could of tried it again but she didn’t have to be rude also never said how much it was just put the tap on the counter and stared at me while not saying anything ….

The employee behind the desk was rude and had horrible customer service. When asked if we could get a small but have it in the medium container so my daughter which is 4 could hold it better she rudely said that she'd will charge us extra for the medium container. I explained I thought that she was the one previously had done this for our family but I was mistaken and that "someone is going to get in trouble". The other employee that has accommodated us in the past was great and I will stop by when she is servicing but if this lady that we delt with today is working we will not be spending our money at this establishment which is typically 20+ dollars. Looks like this employee has a rap sheet for giving terrible service. She also fills the cups like a bag of lays chips which is hilari

Our family loves dippin dots but the customer service here in Beaumont is horrendous. The lady who works behind the counter is rude and you would think for such an expensive ice cream she would fill it to the top but nope, leaves a nice space whereas other places fill it to where it's overflowing then flatten it out with the scoop so its packed.Will never come here again.

Ugh. I Went today and the cashier was watching movies on her phone. She didn’t want to help us at all. My toddlers were begging for this tasty but overpriced ice cream. So I asked if she could split it up in two cups and she refused. She said she would charge us $5 for just a little cup to split it up. I love dip n dots but it’s super over priced for a tiny amount of products

I love dippin dots. It's the first place I go to in the mall. I wish they had more of them and not just the one in the mall. Service is always great, ice cream is always amazing.
