Food was amazing first off. Drinks are VERY small for them to cost what they cost wh8ch is a negative for me...Slow, slow, slow service tonight and the waitress had a poor attitude and barely checked in. Waited nearly an hour and a half for food to arrive... not her fault but you need to keep your customers updated and apologize for the wait in advance, not just when you see frustration...I will say, the waitress brightened up at end but the damage was done. We want to support a black business, but this isn't a good first impression for my husband and I. I will do carry out moving forward and see how that goes before I decide I won't return.

This place was awesome! The food was delicious! Service outstanding and the atmosphere and decor was very excellent. First time and won’t be my last.

The food is good as hell, chicken wings fire collard greens fire The drink good don’t taste a lot of liquor, but they’re good they had banana pudding On v-day 2026 amazing I wish they put that back on the menu. They also have stuffed salmon. Please put that back on the menu.

If anyone who hasn't tried this place it's amazing!when I walked on the food smelled amazing!I got the smothered turkey wings ,cabbage,&Mac &cheese soooo Goodwood nothing needed any extra salt ,will definitely be going back to get more food

Very nice establishment. Delicious food. Professional staff. While celebrating Valentines day i had the catfish dinner with collard greens, cabbage, rice smothered in sausage, grilled onions and gravy, fried shrimp. Hubby had fried pork chops collards and candied yams. All of the food was bursting with flavor. Drinks were on point as well. They have Happy Hour until 8pm with really good deals on food and drinks. Definitely will be back again.
