Divine Caribbean Flavor Restaurant

This was my first time here. When I entered the place, there was a young man working. It wasn’t a warm welcome at all. I ordered 3 plates of griot and rice and 1 plate of chicken and rice. We had to order an extra side of friend plantains as our order only included 2. Total for everything was $83.. I think we could have gotten more griot but the food tasted decent.

This was my first time ordering from here and my last!! I try to support small owned black businesses as well, but honestly this is why I don't half the time. I was still at work when it was delivered and the guy who delivered it left faster then I could check it. I basically got whatever they had left is how I feel. They rather have made my $88 bucks (order was $77 + $11 tip!) rather call me and admirably say sorry but what u ordered we don't have left and refund me my money rather deliver me food I couldn't feed to my dog. That, I would have respected and tried them again at another time. I usually cook but I'm a single parent and got stuck enrolling a student and got off late. So not to be able to eat majority of what they delivered. Not cool, an inconvenience and of course Straight was

First time at Divine and my experience was great. Staff was welcoming, attentive and food was great. I ordered the Lalo and grio with a cup of their house passion fruit juice. Everything seasoned well and the passion fruit juice is delicious (I love passion fruit juice lol). I recommend this place

Friendly service. Tasty food, just got to be there on time for fresher food. But good place to try if you're looking for Caribbean food
