Divino Ceviche

We visited Divino Ceviche expecting authentic Peruvian food because of the high ratings, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The presentation of the dishes looks great, but the flavor was far from what you expect from Peruvian cuisine. The octopus was extremely over-seasoned, especially with cumin, which completely overpowered the dish. The ceviche de mariscos was also misleading. A traditional Peruvian seafood ceviche usually includes fish along with other seafood. This one had mostly shrimp and calamari, with no fish at all. The chaufa rice was the worst part. We asked if they could prepare a mixed chaufa with seafood and they said yes, but it arrived with only two shrimp, one calamari ring, and two almost empty clams. Divino Cebiche is one of those places that never disappoints. The restaurant is very pleasant, centrally located, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. The service is impeccable. I’ve been a customer for over five years, and every single person who works there is extraordinary, always kind, attentive, and eager to recommend something new. What really amazes me is that they remember our preferences l, like the fact that I don’t like egg in the chaufa, and even when I forget to mention it, they already know. That’s true personalized service. The food is delicious. This is definitely one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants in Miami. Have been dining here for more than ten years. Simply love the plates, their flavor and consistency over the years. Divino Ceviche serves real Peruvian food in Miami. No fancy, real and good food! Parking is a little difficult in week days during lunch time, plan accordingly.

My husband and I visited this amazing Peruvian restaurant. The authentic food, and the attentive service was amazing. We ate various dishes because everything looked so great. A must try if you are in the area. Thank you, Linda, for your kindness.

My husband and I went here after a long day of travel from Canada and was it ever worth it. Such delicious incredible fresh food, great service. Our waitress and the restaurant manager Elizabeth were so helpful with the menu, tons of choices. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back next time we are in Miami.
