You call no one picks up. I’ve been calling since 8am this morning, this place and the GA Gateway # . I was in the call back queue, I got a call back and then the line just hung up on me. I can’t even get help on my inquiry. You guys are really unprofessional. No help at all!!! -0 Stars. Do better. Been calling since this morning and I can’t even get through pass the AI system. Do better!!!!!

This system is broken. I got a rejection letter after downloading all required documents. Rejection letter said I r refused of failed to verify required information, but nowhere on the form does it tell me what I missed sending. I call the phone number daily. Most days, the message says they can't schedule a call back at this time. When I actually do get a call back, the person answering says they need my name only and they will transfer me to an agent. Then, there's the message again saying they can't schedule a call back...I have emailed Governor Keep. I will be emailing my State and Federal Representatives.

Went there a couple months ago, they are temporarily closed and had signs referring people to either Fayetteville or Henry DFS Offices. But this week when I was encountering pressure in my life they were not only supportive but so loving and respectful to my child. These people are true agents of goodness. What is difficult to deal with are the caseworkers who are hired by the state not necessarily the team at the booths. The women working in the front are amazing but my caseworker was hard to reach because of their phone system. The way it’s set up or designed doesn’t help us reach our case workers right.

I see why the people are “LOSING THEIR MINDS”! You can’t get a hold of anybody. You can’t speak to your case manager, you go to a DFCS office and they act like they don’t even want to help you OR CANT HELP YOU! All I have is a small issue with my case, that can be resolved so easily and quickly. I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND AND DONT EVEN QUESTION WHEN I SEE CRIME BECAUSE THE SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY SCREWED!!!

This place is rarely open, which is wild because they make it so that when you're doing a fair hearing, you can only come to turn it in yet it's closed and putting it through a slot is just so disheartening. It's like. For the past 4 years, they've been getting more heartless and inconsiderate but yeah, this place is temporarily closed until further notice. So don't bother going and from the looks of it. Nobody comes to pick up and collect the mail other than the actual US post, which I understand makes sense. It's just very disappointing. Looks like there's no care in the world and if you call the hotline, make sure you call before 10 AM or you're not gonna get queued into the call back list. Stay blessed and mindful yall.
