This was the easiest thing to do ever! I needed a birth certificate and walked out with it in 20 minutes! I walked in, took a number, filled out a paper, paid ,showed my driver's license then sat in my car for 20 min, went back in and left w the birth certificate. New castle office was supper easy to get to and very friendly!

Real nice place , lots of parking, the people up there are really nice , loved that just around the corner is an Apple bee's, subway, nice little shopping center, the drive there is a little long took me an hr & 1/2 but compared to the pittsburgh branch where parking is minimal, plus the city driving ridiculous, closer to where i live just 23 mins but knowing now what I know i would recommend this branch vs down here at the pittsburgh office, plus the guy said he would have in done by 1:30 & considering i got there at 12:30 ,right on time .. so thankful for this branch have a good rest of week & nice weekend to 👍😊

New Castle office staff are the most helpful and pleasant people to work with. I was going thru "passport hell" I needed a copy of the new updated birth certificate with parents names on them. I was at a serious time crunch, and the staff worked with me and helped me so that I would be able to make my non refundable travel date. It's nice to actually talk to kind human beings and not and automated system. These people are an asset to the company. Thank you New Castle Pennsylvania Vital Records!
