I used Dixie Catering several times for school Thanksgiving lunches. Food was delicious and plentiful -- super easy to work with! Also, they were able to work within our budget, so that was great too!
We used Dixie to cater a dinner for 30 people at a recent wedding weekend. They were PHENOMENAL! The ribs were out of this world—smokey and delicious and tender—and they were very generous in their portion sizes. There was plenty left over. 100% would use them again for a Miami-based event; 100% would recommend.
Not only was the food delicious but the staff was extremely helpful in meeting our financial budget. They were wonderful from beginning to end! I highly recommend them for any catering event!
Both the service and the food were outstanding. I am definitely using Dixie again for my next event!! Thank you for your work!!
