Went on an impromptu date with my husband after having an amazing day and this was the perfect way to close it! The service was amazing, extremely attentive, the atmosphere was cozy/elegant/inviting and just wonderful all over. When we were seated they gave us a little bit of Agua Fresca of Hibiscus (I believe) and it was heavenly to start our meal! For drinks we got the Guava Me Please?! And Carajillo Especial, they both had such unique flavors, the guava one which I got was sweet, but not overpowering at all, and the fresh guava flavor was sooo noticeable! Recommend the drinks for sure. Now to the food that is the BEST part! We didn’t order appetizers this time (full regret but will certainly do next time!), for dinner I got the Short Rib Al Carbon and WOOOOW! It was to the point of

My wife took me to DLeña for my birthday, and as always, it did not disappoint. This place continues to set the bar for modern Mexican cuisine in the U.S., brilliantly helmed by my good friend Carlos Camacho. We started the night with the ceviche amarillo, which was incredibly bright and refreshing. The wagyu empanadas followed and were perfectly crisp, rich, and deeply satisfying. For mains, we ordered the short rib and the zarandeado fish, both beautifully executed and packed with bold, balanced flavors that showcase the kitchen’s precision and creativity. My husband and I attended the Valentine's Day special this year and despite running late, the staff at DLeña was so incredibly accommodating! I want to especially thank Nancy, Rita, and Maritza for being such wonderful humans and going above and beyond for us! The food was exceptional and the chef has an amazing flavor profile in his food that we truly loved! The baby kale salad (smoked grapes!!!), wagyu filet mignon, and passion fruit creme brule and strawberry cheesecake were to die for! Overall amazing experience and we will certainly be returning! 💕

I celebrated my birthday at DLeña and had such a great experience. The food and drinks were all really soo tasty, and everything felt flavorful and well made. After dinner, we went downstairs to listen to jazz, which made the night feel even more special. We also got a flight that our waiter recommended, and it ended up being really good but definitely worth trying. It was super busy when we went, so I’d definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Overall, it was a fun atmosphere, great for a celebration, and I’m really glad I chose it for my birthday.

Sat at the bar and ordered tacos. Service was wonderful, food was equally as wonderful. Pricey but delicious. The margarita was so yummy and smooth! The Maryland style crab guacamole was good, I didn’t taste the crab too much so next time I’ll just get the regular guac which was delicious. The star of the show was definitely the ahi tuna tacos…. Oh man. They were PERFECT. Finished with dessert. 10/10
