Food was tasty , but service could have been better. The young lady was all in her phone texting instead of taking my order. I got bbq jerk chicken and it was pretty good. They could have used less sauce.

I have been coming to this location for the last past 4 months and Zee and the rest of the staff have been simply amazing. My orders always complete and they're always smiling with great customer service. I'm a Jersey girl and it was very difficult to find authentic Jamaican restaurant nearby my house near Gwinnett. Hands down this is the best tasting restaurant off of Stone Mountain Highway in Lilburn. Mind you there's two locations but this one here gets my 5 stars rating each time!

It’s so many things wrong with my experience today I tried to give this place a second chance cause the food is good but today will be my last day, for one the Curry Goat was off today not sure if it’s a new chef or what but it wasn’t it today, then I ordered 2 Curry Goat both with white rice one ended up being rice and peas smh and the next thing is do you guys pick and choose when to take cards or cash because not everyone likes to have cash. Good I won’t be coming back because it’s not the first time they’ve messed up my order.

Zero in my book. I was excited when this restaurant first opened and even recommended it to several of my coworkers. The food is good, and I initially enjoyed supporting the business. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing due to the customer service. The young lady at the counter has been consistently unfriendly and unprofessional during my last few visits. The first couple of times I overlooked it, but after experiencing the same attitude again, it has become frustrating. While the food is good, there are other places with comparable options and much better service. Customer service is an important part of the dining experience, and unfortunately this has made me decide to take my business elsewhere.

Your customer service really sucks. I asked for containers to put ranch dressing in. Lady said no. I asked to purchase 2 and was still told no. It’s so crazy that dressing doesn’t come in containers, but instead, you want us to make our salads soggy. Adding convenience to customers would make a great gesture.
