Generous portions! Started with the wings - which were unique and reminded me of a smoked turkey leg. Enjoyed turkey club with sweet potato fries. Potato salad was one of the best I’ve EVER had. Capped off with peach cobbler. Pro Tip: Stop across the street at HippeBird Life Boutique and buy the Bourbon Butter Caramel to put on top!
We are visiting Sedona and have been staying at the Bell Rock Inn which is basically across the street from this restaurant. Each morning we have left the hotel at 6am to go hiking and this restaurant has been smoking their meat since AT LEAST 6am when we leave. We smell it each day when we leave. Today we decided to go try it out for lunch. It's brand new and the food is great. We have had BBQ in Texas and Tennessee and this was great. We got the nachos with brisket and house made BBQ sauce, the smoked Mac and cheese and my husband got the pulled BBQ sandwich with slaw and fries. The chipotle ranch for dipping was so delicious as we the chips for the nachos. Lupe was our waitress and took care of us and the service was friendly, prompt and she was very knowledgeable. We would have love
Wow! Best ribs and brisket ever! So tasty and smoked to perfection. What a memorable meal. I would definitely add this place to my must visit list while in Sedona. (service was mostly missing so there's room for improvement there) Absolutely loved the food!
Doc’s only serves breakfast three days a week: Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Was fortunate enough to be able to take advantage of breakfast with my wife on February 13th, 2026. It was a Friday. Not too busy that morning right before the Presidents’ Day & Valentines weekend, but I’m sure it was packed the following two mornings. I had the smoked brisket Benedict & it was delicious. I look forward to visiting again so I can either try more breakfast items or their other lunch or dinner offerings.
I ordered the brisket and rib platter. The fries were really good, but the brisket was so dry and not well seasoned. I love brisket and it should not need bbq sauce when done right. I asked for fatty. The ribs were under seasoned also. I was pretty disappointed. The server was great, but the food not so much.
