Dodos at the High Spot

Went on a much needed night out. The food was great, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable (I am in crutches), and the owners passion truly gets added to every plate. Will be back, a lot!

Really wanted to love this place. I will say the dodo bread and burger were really good! The rigatoni sauce was okay, but the meatball was incredibly dry and unflavored and the pasta was far too firm. Portions were also very small for the price with one medium sized meatball with the meal. The part that was most disappointing was the service. We sat with our empty appetizer plates on the table and myself with an empty drink for the entirety of the meal. When my fiance ordered another beer it was forgotten until later. For both appetizer and dinner the server nearly put our food on the table next to ours. When we left and had paid our bill every single dish we had used was still on the table. For spending $130 on a meal for two I’d expect great service and food to match. Also, small portion

Great food and a wonderful staff — everyone was friendly and attentive. The dishes were delicious and clearly made with care. The only downside was the noise level, which made it a little hard to relax and talk. Overall a great meal, just be prepared for a lively atmosphere

This is what the valley needed! Great cocktails, amazing food and exceptional service! Flavor in every dish but the Scallops were the best in Spokane!

The food was amazing! The wings and the burger were so good. The spicy margarita was phenomenal. I cannot wait to go back and try their new drink menu. The service was timely and friendly too. 6/5 stars!
